Suddenly realised how much funnier the Lung Fetus thing would have been if I'd made the central character a male film-star instead of Anne Rice. Richard Gere is out, of course, but... Oh, how could I have missed the opportunity to cast Hugh Grant as a monkey-gland injecting fetus-in-fetu casualty? Damn me for a short-sighted fool!

(On the other hand, anyone who turns up to conventions wearing a coffin deserves all the urban legends they get.)
